Delivery Policy

1. Digital Deliverables: All design services provided by Denmark Life are delivered digitally. This includes but is not limited to graphic designs, illustrations, and any other digital creative work.
 

2. Delivery Time: The delivery time for each project will be communicated and agreed upon before the commencement of the project. This timeline may vary depending on the complexity and scope of the project.
 

3. Communication: Effective communication is crucial for the success of any project. Denmark Life will maintain open lines of communication throughout the design process to ensure that the client's requirements are met and any necessary revisions are addressed promptly.
 

4. File Formats: Upon completion of the project, the final deliverables will be provided in industry-standard file formats. The client will receive the necessary files to ensure compatibility with various platforms and applications.

 

5. Client Approval: Once the design work is completed, the client will have the opportunity to review and approve the final deliverables. The project will be considered complete upon the client's approval.
 

6. Delivery Methods: The final deliverables will be sent to the client via secure digital channels, such as email or file-sharing platforms. In some cases, a link to download the files may be provided.
 

7. Ownership and Usage Rights: Upon full payment, the client will have ownership and full rights to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose. Denmark Life retains the right to showcase the completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
 

8. Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided for completed design services. However, Denmark Life is committed to ensuring client satisfaction, and any concerns or issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
