1. Graphic Design Services

a. Description of Services: Billie, our graphic designer, provides a range of graphic design services as described on the website.

b. Communication: Clients agree to communicate their design requirements clearly and promptly to facilitate the design process.
 

2. Intellectual Property

a. Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the designs created by Billie remain the property of Billiedesigner until full payment is received.

b. License: Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the designs for their intended purpose.
 

3. Payments and Fees

a. Payment: Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the graphic design services provided by Billie.

b. Refunds: No refunds will be provided after the design work has commenced. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Billiedesigner.
 

4. Confidentiality

a. Client Information: Billiedesigner agrees to keep client information confidential and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties.

b. Portfolio: Billiedesigner may showcase completed designs in its portfolio, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

Billiedesigner  and Billie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the graphic design services.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Billiedesigner  reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon posting on the website.
